Call for expressions of interest (EOI): Strengthen rehabilitation and assistive technology services in low- and middle-income countries from Latin America

The fund is intended to support government-led programmes or interventions on rehabilitation and AT systems and services to improve the lives of affected populations, including conflict-affected people in this region. Detailed information on the scope of funding, review and selection process, the type of activities covered, and the requisite processes that need to be followed to register interest are included in the EOI documentation.

Eligible LMI countries for this Call are El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Colombia

Submission deadline is 1400 hrs Geneva time (CET) on 5 June 2024.


Call for Proposals (CFP): Programme management, coordination, and support to the countries’ governments for the implementation of a joint vision and hearing programme for school-age children (2024–2027)

Following the selection of countries, ATscale invites interested and eligible non-governmental organizations (NGOs), other non-profit organizations, and UN agencies to respond to a Call for Proposals (CFP) for the grant: ‘Programme management, coordination, and support to the countries’ governments for the implementation of a joint vision and hearing programme for school-age children (2024–2027)’.

This CFP pertains to the following countries:

  • East and West Africa: Ethiopia, Nigeria, and the United Republic of Tanzania

  • Middle East and North Africa: Egypt, Jordan, and the State of Palestine

  • South Asia: Pakistan

The selected partner shall be responsible for programme administration and implementation in each country and will collaborate closely with the focal ministry or ministries.

Call for Proposals (CFP): Programme management, coordination, and support to the countries’ governments for the implementation of assistive technology foundational programme (2024–2026)

Following the selection of countries through an Expression Of Interest, ATscale now invites interested and eligible non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and other non-profit organizations, as well as United Nations entities, to respond to a Call for Proposals (CFP) for the grant project: ‘Programme management, coordination, and support to the countries’ government for the implementation of assistive technology foundational programme (2024–2026)’.

This CFP pertains to the following countries:

  1. The Togolese Republic

  2. The Republic of Chad

In each country, the selected partner shall be responsible for programme administration and implementation and shall work in close collaboration with the focal ministry or ministries.

Appel à Propositions : Gestion de programme, coordination et soutien au gouvernement des pays pour la mise en œuvre d’un programme de soutien de base pour les Technologies d’Assistance (2024-2026)

Suite à la sélection des pays par le biais d’expression d'intérêt, ATscale invite désormais les organisations non gouvernementales (ONG) et autres organisations à but non lucratif intéressées et éligibles, ainsi que les entités des Nations Unies, à répondre à un appel à propositions pour le projet de subvention : « Gestion de programme, coordination et soutien au gouvernement des pays pour la mise en œuvre d’un programme de soutien de base pour les Technologies d’Assistance (2024-2026) ».

Cet appel à propositions concerne les pays suivants :

  1. La République Togolaise

  2. La République du Tchad

Dans chaque pays, le partenaire sélectionné sera responsable de l'administration et de la mise en œuvre du programme et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le ou les ministères concernés.
